At Lace & Lassos, we take pride in offering Western-inspired clothing, accessories, jewelry, handmade car freshies, and other boutique treasures. We want every customer to have a positive shopping experience.

All Sales Final

Unless otherwise stated on a product listing or required by applicable law, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or items that are no longer wanted.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or an item is missing from your delivery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the item and packaging, when applicable

We will review the issue and work with the appropriate supplier or fulfillment partner when necessary to determine a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy.

This reporting period does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Handmade and Custom-Made Items

Handmade car freshies, personalized products, and made-to-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualify for a remedy under applicable law.

Because our freshies are handmade, slight variations in appearance may occur. Scent strength and longevity can also vary depending on fragrance, environment, and usage.

Boutique and Supplier-Fulfilled Products

Some Lace & Lassos products are shipped directly from our trusted boutique suppliers. Return eligibility may vary by product and supplier.

Certain merchandise, including designated final-sale leather goods, jewelry, accessories, and other items identified as final sale, may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Any product-specific return terms stated on the listing will apply, subject to applicable law.

Refunds and Replacements

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Please do not send merchandise back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation. Once an order has entered processing, production, or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
