Order Processing

Orders are processed according to product availability and fulfillment requirements.

Some items are shipped directly by our trusted boutique suppliers, while our handmade products are prepared and shipped by Lace & Lassos.

Processing times may vary depending on the item, supplier, and order volume.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products ordered, shipping destination, and available shipping methods.

Orders containing products from multiple suppliers may arrive in separate packages and may have separate shipping charges.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery dates may be displayed at checkout. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping times vary depending on the supplier, carrier, destination, and product availability.

Handmade and Made-to-Order Products

Some Lace & Lassos products are handmade or prepared after an order is placed.

These items may require additional preparation time before shipment. Any applicable production estimates will be provided in the product listing or communicated to the customer.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, shipping confirmation and tracking details will be provided after the order ships.

Shipping Delays

Weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, and supplier processing times may occasionally affect delivery.

If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us so we can help.
